Prescription Refill checklist:

1. Many medications can be refilled without a new prescription just by calling your pharmacy.
2. For refills, plan ahead and call your pharmacy one week prior to running out of your medication.    
3. In order to ensure appropriate use and monitoring of your medication, your physician may require that you be seen before a prescription can be refilled. Therefore, it is important to call for an appointment when you have one refill left. 
4. Also, bring a list of the names and dosages of all your current medications or bring the medication bottles with you to your visit.     

  
Online Prescription Refill Checklist:

1. Visit our new prescription refill site.
2. On the refill site, click on "Register" in the lower left.  
3. Locate the pharmacy by entering the zip code (55082) and last four digits of our phone number (4563). 
4. Now you may use your old online refill ID, or if you are new to the system you can create your own.
