MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – HealthPartners is the highest ranked plan in overall member satisfaction in the Minnesota/Wisconsin Region, according to the J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by our members in this way. Each interaction we have with our members is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives,” said Andrea Walsh, President and CEO. “By creating emotional connections, being easy-to-use, anticipating needs, and most of all, earning trust, we’re providing an unmatched experience for our members and patients.”
