Lakeview Health System
About Us

Stillwater Medical Group and Lakeview Hospital are an integrated, non-profit clinic and hospital system serving the eastern Twin Cities’ metro area and western Wisconsin. Our system includes Stillwater Medical Group, Lakeview Hospital, and Lakeview Foundation. Our partnership with HealthPartners allows us to provide the services most needed by those in our community. We take pride in upholding our legacy of providing high-quality medical care, competitively priced, and close to where our patients live and work.

Mission: Why we’re here
To improve health and well-being in partnership with our members, patients and community.

Vision: Where we’re headed
Health as it could be, affordability as it must be, through relationships built on trust.

Values: What guides our actions
  • Excellence
  • Compassion
  • Partnership
  • Integrity

Strategies: What we do

We approach our work and create our work plans by sorting into four dimensions.
  • People
  • Health
  • Experience
  • Stewardship

Commitment to those we serve
We are committed to living our values. That means you can expect certain things from each of us.

You can expect us to be your partner and treat you with dignity and respect. You can expect us to listen carefully and give you good, timely information. You can expect us to do our best to provide affordable, coordinated, high-quality care and services that are easy to find and simple to use. You can expect safe, clean spaces. And we will do our very best to earn your trust by being open and honest, and keeping our word.

If we ever fail to live up to our values, please tell us so we can work to make it better.

Results: How we will know we did it?

  • Balanced scorecard: A quarterly report that tracks our progress in the four dimensions
  • Partners for Better Health: The long-term road map for our work in the Health, Experience and Stewardship dimensions, also known as the Triple Aim.
